Meet the Co-founders
Diptesh Mukherjee
Diptesh graduated from IIT Bombay in 2011 in Mechanical Engineering. He has been a serial entrepreneur and has had a 9+ years of experience in founding technology startups in the field of AI, ML, Robotics and a lot more. One of his biggest dreams, forever, has been transforming agriculture into an equitable livelihood and rural India into the next big consumer market. XEN has been created with the vision of the same. Diptesh looks after the UX/UI and product design, business strategy and investor relations.
Prantik Sinha
Prantik graduated from IIEST Shibpur in 2014 in Mechanical Engineering. He has been a serial entrepreneur and has had a 6+ years of experience in running a million dollar business in the field of environment cleaning, aquaponics and renewable energy. He has a network of over 80000 farmers across India. Prantik looks after the technology integration and product development.
Sourav Patra
Sourav comes from the world of agriculture. He was born with an agripreneurial passion to a farmer family in rural India. From the age of six, agriculture enticed him more than anything else. His first stint as an agripreneur was at the age of 10, when he used regenerative agriculture practices to increase the yield of his farms by 50%. He has been an avid self-learnt agripreneur with an experiential knowledge of over 20 years. Sourav spearheads Operations and Supply Chain networks at XEN.
